Creative Writing Group Anthology Underway!
The Tuesday evening creative writing group is currently putting together an anthology of poems. We hope to publish a small number of booklets soon. Keep checking for updates here.
Norfolk EDA Volunteer wins Annual Civic Award!
Hannah, one of our team of dedicated volunteers, has won an Annual Civic Award this year for her volunteer work with us. Hannah has volunteered in the last year for both our Art for All class and our Writing and Spirituality group. On the evening of the 7th May, 2008 we attended the award ceremony at City Hall, where her award was presented with appropriate pomp and ceremony by the Lord Mayor (see top left).
Congratulations, Hannah! Well done from everyone here, and a big thumbs up!
Of course, we have a large team of volunteers at NEDA and they all work very hard. We would not be able to run the organisation without their time and dedication — so a big thank you to you all!
